Rear bumper required on all Karts
As
advised on November 3, 2009, the 2010 Canadian Karting Regulations Book
2 – Technical Regulations when published will contain the following
regulation regarding rear protection for all kart classes in Canada.
1.
Full-Width Rear Protection
The intent of this regulation is to
increase the
safety potential of all kart classes by mitigating the possible
negative effect of
front-to-rear contact.
